Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged

  • Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

  • Perishable goods

  • Intimate or sanitary products for hygiene reasons

Return Process

  1. Initiate your return — Contact our support team at hello@nicolegrayglobal.com or visit our returns portal within the eligible return window

  2. Receive authorization — A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued within 1–2 business days

  3. Pack your item — Securely package the item in its original box or suitable packaging. Include your RMA number on the outside of the parcel

  4. Ship it back — Send the item to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please follow the same return process and place a new order. This ensures the fastest turnaround for your replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damage or defect

  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Late Returns

Returns initiated after the 30-day window will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their own expense.
